From Theme Parks to Tech
Big ideas are great. But watching one survive deadlines, feedback, vendor handoffs, and still come out looking like the original vision? That's my favorite part.
I work in that in-between space; where creative ambition meets schedules, contracts, approvals, and the inevitable "just one more round of feedback" right before sign-off. My role is to keep teams aligned, protect the design intent, and make sure the process actually supports the work instead of getting in its way.
I've done this across both theme parks and tech, and while the environments look different, the pattern holds: build clarity early, design structures that protect creativity, and get everyone rowing in the same direction. When that happens, execution lands stronger, and the team usually still likes each other by launch day.
I care about that last part more than I probably should.
